David is a Syracuse native and currently resides on Onondaga Hill. An Eagle Scout, David served for many years on the boards of both the Tompkins County Chamber of Commerce and Syracuse Model Neighborhood Corporation. In addition, he is a former accounting and tax instructor with the Small Business Administration’s Fast Track to Business Start Up at Onondaga Community College.
